1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the Golf Stats Coach website, mobile applications or any related service operated by Better Golf Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You must be 16 years of age or older to open an account, subject to the child account provisions described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or use any data obtained through the Service for spamming or other illegal activities.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the round data and other content you submit. You grant us a licence to host, store and process that content in order to provide the Service, including generating statistics, insights and reports for you and, where you choose, for your coach.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Fees, billing periods and renewal terms are shown at the point of purchase. Payments may be processed by third party providers such as the Apple App Store or Google Play, whose terms also apply.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, statistical models, benchmarks, design and content, is owned by Better Golf Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Statistics and insights are provided for informational purposes and we make no guarantee of any particular improvement in your golf performance.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Better Golf Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page, and continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
